Joe Scarbrough began racing in 1979 competing in go-karts and Micro-Stock series events. Joe's father raced for over twenty years in the NASCAR Late Model Divisions, and helped Joe navigate his way through thousands of left turns, disappoints and victories on the way to him becoming another star on the horizon.
In 2001, after the attack on the United States, Joe felt that it was his duty to join the service in defense of his country. He currently acts as a recruiter in the Richmond VA area and will remain stateside for at least the next two years. This will allow him to continue to pursue his racing career and commitments to sponsors and fans.
